All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Times

- UK: 2–5 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping on orders over £50 (if applicable).
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. However:
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
